Hong Kong diva Liza Wang, who has collaborated with the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra in many highly successful concerts before, will take you across time and space in this concert with her charming performance of classical poetry and songs such as Flower But Not, Sheng-Sheng-Man, Seeds of the Rosary Pea and All Red the River, as well as the pick of her Canto Pop repertoire – Limelight Years, Love in a Fallen City, The Homebound Sails and Hot Coffee. For this occasion, the HKCO has commissioned renowned Hong Kong composer, Ng Cheuk-yin, to set music to two ci poems by Song dynasty poets, Xi Qiji and Su Dongpo. The new works will be making their world premiere in this concert.

In view of the fact that the performance venue will be temporarily closed to audiences starting from December 2, ‘Liza Wang & HKCO 2020’,  originally scheduled for December 11-12, 2020, has been postponed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Ticket holders with the original valid ticket(s) have the following options:


(A) Attending the rescheduled concert(s)Keep the original valid admission ticket(s) (with ticket stub(s) intact) and attend the rescheduled performance (For reschedule details, please stay tune for our future announcements on our website); or


(B) Application for refund; or


(C) Donation to the ‘Music For Love’ Scheme
